Finding the right balance is important to us. We want to give you and the hiring team plenty of opportunities to get to know each other without putting you through an interview marathon. Our recruitment process is designed to ensure everyone has the information they need to decide if it’s a good match.
Here’s what to expect if your application is selected for consideration.
Step 1: Initial chat
A member of our Talent Acquisition team will connect with you to book a one-on-one conversation. This call is about getting to know you, and giving you a chance to learn more about us.
Step 2: Skills assessment
For some roles, there will be a take-home assessment that allows you to demonstrate your technical skills.
Step 3: Team interviews
Next you’ll meet with the hiring manager and team to share your background and experiences, and ask your job-specific questions. Depending on the role and size of the team, this step may include 1-3 interviews.
Step 4: The offer
If you’re selected for the role, you’ll receive a call from our Talent Acquisition team to discuss the offer before receiving it in writing. This gives you a chance to ask any remaining questions you have.
