Enhancing Employee Engagement and Strengthening Team Spirit
Thrive Health’s Q1 2022 Onsite Week was filled with engaging activities, vibrant team spirit and a strong sense of connectedness. We brought in our team members from across the country for a week all together in our office for team-building activities, a chance to socialize in person, and exciting conversations about our company goals for the year.
Thrive hosts on-site weeks each quarter, and their purpose is simple: to continually increase our employee engagement with the magic that in-person energy brings. Our Manager, Operations Mary-Joy (MJ) describes them as “a great opportunity to bring together our remote team across Canada, and allow for team-building activities and department workshops.” As a hybrid company, this is a special opportunity to meet, interact and work face-to-face with all of our colleagues, and establish that social connection which virtual work doesn’t always allow for.
The week comprised team-led activities, volunteering opportunities for our team to give back to the community, and fireside chats with our leadership team. Here’s a sneak peek at what we got up to below - as MJ confirms, “we have received great feedback from each of these events, and many people are already asking when the next one is going to be!”
