Diane leads Thrive’s product development teams, processes, and roadmap. She keeps our product evolution and feature development on track, managing sprint and quarterly planning while consistently incorporating user feedback.

Diane brings 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS organizations, bridging her unique background in product management, product design, and development. She has previously worked for organizations such as Oracle, EnerNOC, and Payfirma, where she was involved in developing features, product planning, and user experience.

Diane holds an MSc in Human Computer Interaction from the University of British Columbia and a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Toronto. Her key passion outside of work is creating opportunities for youth in sport, coaching high performance athletes and running a club in Olympic Sprint Canoe and Kayak, which competes internationally.
