Cody drives the Engineering teams at Thrive Health. He manages the software and operational processes, collaborating with team leads on the status of current projects, and providing input into our technical solutions. Working closely with the Product and Customer Solutions teams, Cody ensures that our engineering priorities track towards our OKRs, customer priorities, and the ongoing growth and development of our platform.

Prior to joining Thrive, Cody worked as a system architect for NAV CANADA, designing and implementing safety-critical systems for domestic and commercial use. Before NAV CANADA, he led the engineering function at KAI Innovations, delivering safe and secure EMR systems for physicians in Ontario.

Cody holds a Diploma in Computer Science from Algonquin College of Applied Arts & Technology. When he’s not working, you can find him on the road, discovering new travel destinations (and golf courses) across North America.
