The Opportunity
We're looking for a Clinical Business Development Lead to bring our platform to clinics across Ontario to help them unlock clinic capacity. - Build local awareness through outreach, networking, events, and relationships in your regional healthcare community
- Move clinics efficiently through evaluation and decision-making to committed onboarding sites
- Partner closely with an Implementation Specialist to deliver a smooth onboarding experience and hit shared regional go-live goals
- Develop lasting relationships with clinic leaders, physicians, and administrators that generate new opportunities and referrals
- Gather market insights, customer feedback, and understanding of the regional healthcare landscape, and reflect it back to our GTM and Product teams
- Represent client and market needs to Product and Development teams to shape our product to meet the needs of clinics
- Track pipeline activity in HubSpot to keep regional growth visible and accurate
- Deliver on regional adoption targets (active clinics) by securing commitments from priority clinics.

- 3+ years in healthcare business development, partnerships, clinic operations, or healthcare technology
- Experience selling or supporting clinics with EMRs, practice management software, or other healthcare technology

- A self-starter who thrives working independently in-region — creative, curious, resilient, and motivated by helping clinics
- A strong communicator who's comfortable building relationships with physicians, clinic operations leaders, and administrators
- Comfortable using a CRM (e.g., HubSpot) and picking up new software quickly
- Located in Ontario, with the ability to travel to clinic sites regularly (80% travel)
