Thrive Email Signature Template

Please include this signature in your emails to partners, patients (if applicable) and clients to ensure that we present a consistent level of professionalism across the company. 

Click on the placeholder text in the signature template below, and replace the text with your name, pronouns (optional), title, and contact information (your phone number is optional). If you are a clinician, please include your credentials with your Job Title. Educational credentials are not necessary to include.

Include the appropriate land acknowledgement for your location. You can use the Whose Land web application to find your local territory.

Example: I acknowledge with gratitude that I live and work on the traditional, ancestral, and unceded territory of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh Nations.

Longer/fancier version: I acknowledge with gratitude that I live and work on the traditional, ancestral, and unceded homelands of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh U(Squamish), and Səl̓ílwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations.

Important Note: In some cases, the interactive signature template below can paste properly into the Signature Settings in Gmail but upon composing a new message the formatting will break. How to apply the signature:

After replacing the placeholder text above with your information, click this button to select the entire signature.


Then hit ⌘-C (Ctrl-C on Windows)
to copy it to your clipboard. Then follow the instructions below based on the email clients you wish to use:

In your web browser:

1. Open Gmail in your web browser.

2. Click the Settings button cog in the top right, then click See All Settings.

3. On the General tab, scroll down to the Signature section, click Create New and give the signature a name.

4. Paste your email signature into the box on the right.

5. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click save.

6. Send a test email to marketing@thrive.health, and we'll let you know if it has pasted correctly. If your signature loses formatting in the compose window, ensure that Plain Text Mode is unchecked in the compose window's vertical ellipsis icon. If issues persist, please use the Simplified Email Signature.  


For Apple Mail:

1. Open Mail → Preferences → Signatures

2. Add a new Signature.

3. Uncheck "Always match my default font"

4.  Paste the signature into the box. You may need to fully close Mail for your new signature to appear when creating a new email.

5. Send a test email to marketing@thrive.health, and we'll let you know if it has pasted correctly.
