Tracy leads Thrive Health’s Marketing and Communications strategy. She is responsible for creating brand engagement and customer enablement. Her days are spent driving creativity across our organization. By collaborating and ideating with other departments, Tracy ensures that our Marketing team is empowered to produce innovative and imaginative work. 

Tracy brings over two decades of Marketing and Communications experience, with specializations in branding and project management. Prior to joining Thrive Health, she held multiple leadership positions with Tangerine Bank, where she led their brand transition from ING DIRECT and launched several retail locations across Canada. 

Tracy holds a BA in English and Sociology & Anthropology from Carleton University, a post-graduate in Marketing, and an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business & Technology. When she’s not working or studying, she’s making vacation plans to go snorkeling, hanging out with family and friends, or taking a ride on her motorcycle.
