Emery leads Thrive’s Customer Solutions and Implementations team. Alongside our clients, they work to create detailed plans to implement and deploy complex systems, from initial scope through to roll out and monitoring. Working closely with Customer Success, Emery’s team ensures that our customers enjoy a smooth technical experience to help increase adoption, retention, and expansion.

Emery holds several years of experience in quality assurance and engineering roles with BC SaaS organizations, overseeing user acceptance testing, test readiness reviews, and leading teams to verify product and new feature functionality. They ensure a conscientious focus across the team when it comes to requirements planning, testing a variety of use cases, and documenting all possible scenarios ahead of and through deployment.

Emery holds a BSc in Computer Science and Psychology from the University of Victoria, and is a certified ScrumMaster with Scrum Alliance. When not working, they can be found exploring BC’s forests with their dog.
